  Have tried to call them to place an order for pickup but they don't seem to want to answer their phone. This is not the first time we have tried to place an order on a saturday where they did not want to pick their phone up.

  Tried to order the same Pizza I have ordered many many times in the last five years, since we've lived here, the same way. I was told that they had a pattern they had to go by, that they could not vary from this pattern. I tried to explain that this was for an autistic child that would count how many pieces were on the pizza and to please don't make me cook after a pizza was delivered, to please please get it right. All we needed was a pizza with 10 pepperonis 10 pieces of green pepper and 10 pieces of onion . In the past they had always been quite accommodating and understanding. you could tell the manager was very unhappy about this and begin to tell me she had never heard of this. that they could not vary from their program I have lived in my home these many years and have had never had a pizza company tell me that they had a problem with this. when I said if it were inconvenient I would just order from somewhere else, she hung up on me. this is not what I consider Professional Service. I guess this is why the rating is what it is. very understandable. My pizza was ordered from one of your competitors on January 15th Sunday at 3:10 p.m.

  I'd give this a zero if I could. Called at 8:15. Delivery said it would be here by 8:50. So it's 10pm and it just showed up cold. The driver shows up at the door on her phone and asks if I want change... well that takes some guts.

  I ordered online, only to take advantage of the 50% off. After numerous tries, the shopping cart wasn't reflecting the discount so I assumed it would be applied in store when I picked up the pizzas. The employee told me that she wasn't able to apply the discount because I ordered online. She didn't offer to try to rectify the situation, did say she can give me a coupon but clearly wasn't happy to do so, and never actually gave me the coupon. At that point I figured I'd reach out to Pizza Hut corporate to try to get my 50% back but they don't answer emails or facebook messages!!
