  There is a 20 - 40 minute wait for food anytime and without fail they get your order wrong. On top of that the place isn't the cleanest and the staff isn't the best. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.

  2-21-17: I gave this visit 4 stars purely on effort I witnessed today compared to prior visits and comments by others. When I walked in I noticed a local or regional manager having conversation with employee about other employees. Probably in response to your comments. The employees behind the counter were more responsive to customers. Got food and was out in less than 5 min. Now for the food. Everything was hot and some good. Got the 3pc Strip Combo. Fries and biscuit was warm, so was chicken strips, but chicken tasted rubbery like an overcooked thigh. Not sure if this is a breast strip. Tea was dark and not overly sweet. Time will tell this visit is an anomaly or the new norm. This place should be making money 'hands over fist' and not busy during lunch. No competition for 10 miles in either direction.
