  Lazy, slow, incompetent, entitled. Just a few of the words That describe the crew of this BK. The only reason I ever came back after the first time of being there was cuz it was convenient. That being said, it saves no time going to this place if you're in a hurry. Did I mention it took 15 minutes to make 2 milkshakes...incorrectly I might add?!?! They have their friends come and sit in the lobby, and one of the cooks decided to go talk to them while four of us waited for our food. Drive thru was backed up (at 4 PM...really...) and it seemed to be a contest of who could move the slowest. I can see why they advertise looking for managers and have been for quite some time. I would clean house as I think I could run the whole store alone quicker than these losers all combined. $15 an hour right???? Lmao! They should be paid 3 bucks an hour for their lack of working. Idiots

  You always have to wait an I am not just saying a few minutes. The staff is mostly friendly.
